MitchMarket, an Australian marketplace for recreational vehicles and equipment, struggled with a slow, poorly designed website that frustrated users and limited growth. I redesigned and rebuilt mitchmarket.com.au using WordPress, Elementor, and Voxel, delivering a fast, user-centric platform that slashed bounce rates from 92% to 28% and tripled organic traffic, driving substantial client growth.

High Bounce Rate – A 92% bounce rate reflected poor UX, hindering dealer and consumer engagement.

Limited Functionality – The inefficient listing system, combined with a lack of analytics and admin tools, limited scalability.

Technical Gaps – The site lacked robust security, performance optimisation, and email infrastructure.

Modern UX/UI Design – Crafted a sleek, brand-aligned interface using Elementor, adhering to MitchMarket’s brand guide for a professional, cohesive look.

Custom Marketplace Features – Built paid and free listing systems with Voxel, enabling seamless submissions and flexible monetisation.

Performance Optimisation – Rebuilt the site on WordPress and implemented Cloudflare for faster load times, enhanced security, and reliability, eliminating submission failures.
