AI that does real work

AI that does real work.

Assistants and automations that answer, sort, quote and draft, built into the tools you already use. Not a chatbot bolted on for show.

The best AI is the kind your customers never notice. They just get answers faster.

Where it helps

Hours back, every week.

  • Inboxes that sort themselves

Enquiries read, labelled and routed, with a draft reply ready for you to check and send.

  • Quotes and documents

Proposals, quotes and reports written from your own prices and past work, in your voice.

  • Answers for customers

Questions about orders, opening hours and products answered from your own information, around the clock.

  • Content that's on brand

Product descriptions, posts and emails drafted from your style, then checked by a person.

  • Data you can ask

Ask your sales, bookings or stock a question in plain English and get the answer.

  • Plain advice

Where AI genuinely helps your business, where it doesn't, and what it will cost to run.

How an AI project runs

Start small, prove it, grow it.

  1. Find the time sink

The task that eats the most hours each week, and what a good result would look like.

  2. Try it on real work

A small working version on your own emails, documents or data, so you can judge it.

  3. Build it in

Connected to the tools you use, with a person checking anything that goes out.

  4. Keep it honest

Watched, measured and improved, so it stays accurate as your business changes.

Things people ask before we start

Is my data safe?

Your information stays in your own accounts and is only sent to AI services that don't train on it. I'll tell you exactly where it goes before anything is switched on.

Will it send things without me seeing them?

Only if you want it to. Most of what I build drafts the work and lets a person approve it.

What does it cost to run?

Usually a few dollars to a few hundred a month in AI fees, depending on how much it does. You'll know the likely figure before we start.

We're a small business. Is this for us?

Especially for you. Small teams feel the hours saved the most.

What would you do with ten hours back?

Tell me the job you'd hand off tomorrow if you could. I'll tell you if AI can do it.
