Your tools, finally talking.

Shopify, Salesforce, WordPress, Notion, Slack, Xero and the rest, connected properly, so information goes in once and turns up everywhere it's needed.

If someone in your team copies and pastes between tabs all day, that's a job for an integration.

What I connect

Information in once, everywhere it's needed.

  • Shop and stock

Orders, stock and prices kept in step between your shop, your warehouse and your accounts.

  • Leads into your CRM

Every form, call and enquiry in Salesforce or HubSpot, with nothing typed twice.

  • Sales into your books

Payments and invoices flowing into Xero or QuickBooks, ready for your accountant.

  • Team updates

The right people told in Slack or by email when something needs them, and not otherwise.

  • Content in one place

Notion, WordPress and your site pulling from the same source, so they never disagree.

  • Custom connections

No ready-made connector? I'll build one against the tool's own API.

How an integration project runs

Map it, connect it, watch it.

  1. Map the copying

Where information is typed twice today, and which tool should be the one that's right.

  2. Connect

Built with each tool's proper connection, never screen-scraping that breaks next month.

  3. Test on real data

Run side by side with how you work now until the numbers match.

  4. Keep an eye on it

Alerts if anything stops syncing, and updates when a tool changes.

“Carl and his team go out of their way to make things easy for you, and his design is great, particularly the email marketing system. Happily recommend them!”

Things people ask before we start

Can't I just use Zapier?

Sometimes, and I'll tell you when. For anything your business depends on, a proper connection is cheaper to run and doesn't break quietly.

Which tools do you work with?

Most business tools with an API: Shopify, Salesforce, HubSpot, Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe, WordPress, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, among others.

What happens when a tool changes?

I watch for it. Connections I look after are kept up to date, and you hear from me before anything breaks.

How much does it cost?

After a free call you get one fixed price for building it, and a small monthly fee if you'd like me to look after it.
