Web & mobile apps

Apps your team actually wants to use.

Custom platforms, portals and tools built around how your business really works, for your staff, your customers, or both.

If your business runs on a spreadsheet and three logins, it's time for an app.

What I build

Built for the way your business works.

  • Customer portals

Where your customers log in to book, order, pay, track and download, without ringing you.

  • Booking and ordering

Calendars, carts and quotes that fit your rules, not a one-size template's.

  • Internal tools

The spreadsheet your team lives in, turned into something fast, shared and hard to break.

  • Phone apps

Apps that install from the browser, work offline and send notifications, without the app store wait.

  • Dashboards

The numbers you check every morning, in one place, up to date on their own.

  • Built to last

Modern, well-supported tools and proper security, so it keeps working long after launch.

How an app project runs

Small steps, working software.

  1. Map it

How the work flows today, who does what, and the one or two things that matter most.

  2. Prototype it

Clickable screens to test with the people who'll use it, before anything is built.

  3. Build it in stages

The most useful part first, live and in use, then the rest in short steps you can see.

  4. Look after it

Hosting, backups, updates and new features from the person who built it.

From platform clients

  • “With millions of people viewing our website each year, we needed fast and stable hosting and email and a solid website platform to quickly put up tonnes of content and manage our advertiser's banners. The advice and support are second to none.”
    Kris PetersChief Editor, HEAVY Magazine
  • “The result was a sharp, clean new look. A huge upgrade for us. Fast, professional, and cared for the details. We look forward to working with them again.”

Things people ask before we start

Do I need an app, or will a website do?

If people mostly read, a website. If they log in, save things, book, order or work in it every day, an app. Often it's a website with an app inside it, and that's fine too.

Will it work on phones?

Always. Most apps I build install straight from the browser onto a phone's home screen, with no app store needed.

Who owns it?

You do: your data, your accounts, your app. I set it up so you're never locked in.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what it needs to do. We agree the first stage after a free call, at a fixed price, and go from there.
